I want a fun house

Me and my boyfriend bought a house a couple of months ago, which we are now renovating. It was kinda in bad shape and we are rebuilding everything ourselves, so it will take a while before we can move in. That means I have a lot of time to find inspiration!
The one thing I don't want is a boring house, it really has to be fun and colourful.These gorgeous homes truly inspire me.

Have you ever heard of guerrilla gardening? Guerrilla gardeners try to make their neighbourhood a little greener by cultivating flowers and vegetables on neglected pieces of land.
I love the idea of guerrilla gardening! Unfortunatly there isn't a local group active where I live. Maybe I should start one?

What is the most magical thing you ever saw in your life?
For me, it has to be the time I was riding my bike in the street I lived, when I suddenly saw that there was a house which was entirely filled with balloons. I think I stopped and stared at it for about 10 minutes, it was the most amazing thing I ever saw.
Turned out it was an artproject and you could actually go inside the house. So me and a friend went. It felt so unreal, so magical, like being in the dream of a little child. A very wonderful dream that is!

I bought this comic album for a friend of mine... But now I have read it... I kinda want to keep it myself!
